Dr. Nicole Lee
Healing to Living Practitioner & Author
Former Physician & Regression Therapist
Former Physician & Regression Therapist
My name is Nicole Lee. I trained as a medical doctor in Singapore and practised for fifteen years across the full arc of human life, including general practice, paediatrics, nursing home care, and forensic pathology. Medicine shaped how I listen, how I think, and how I meet another human being’s vulnerability, with respect, care, ethical responsibility, and steadiness in the presence of suffering.
My own life experiences and healing journey led me to transition from conventional medicine to focus on the deeper dimensions of healing, consciousness, and personal growth.
In 2021, I trained in clinical hypnotherapy, as well as past life and between lives regression therapy. For four years, I supported individuals in uncovering the roots of their suffering and facilitated healing and clarity across psychological and spiritual dimensions. This period of my life deepened my understanding of consciousness and the soul’s journey, as well as the ways people seek meaning after long paths of pain and inner exploration.
Through practising medicine and therapeutic work, writing, mothering, and the rhythms of daily life, I came to see that healing does not culminate in perfection or transcendence, but in balance and presence, where meaning, pain, responsibility, and joy are no longer problems or mysteries to be solved, but realities to be met.
I am the author of Mirrors of the Mind, The Grand Scheme of Things, and Life Lessons from My Thirteen Past Lives. These books mark the integration of many years of inner work and the closing of earlier life phases.
After a long period of seeking, healing, and learning, I am now exploring what it means to live with presence within family life, relationships, authorship, and the ordinary demands of being human. My attention has shifted from extracting meaning from suffering to allowing creation and meaning to arise naturally from living itself.
My latest book, Enough of Healing—It Is Time to Live, reflects on what life is like when it is accepted as it is.
My current work as a Healing to Living Practitioner supports others in a similar transition to the one I once lived.
This space exists as a place of recognition, orientation, and presence, as I allow connections and new forms of expression to take shape in their own time.
