Dr. Nicole Lee

Picture
Author, Publisher & Healing to Living Practitioner
Former Physician & Regression Therapist
My name is Nicole Lee. I trained as a physician in Singapore and practised for fifteen years across the full arc of human life, including general practice, paediatrics, nursing home care, and forensic pathology. Medicine shaped how I listen, how I think, and how I meet another human being’s vulnerability, with respect, care, ethical responsibility, and steadiness in the presence of suffering.

My own life experiences and healing journey led me to transition from conventional medicine to focus on the deeper dimensions of healing and consciousness.

In 2021, I trained in clinical hypnotherapy, as well as past life and between lives regression therapy. For four years, I supported individuals in uncovering the roots of their suffering and facilitated healing and clarity across psychological and spiritual dimensions. This period of my life deepened my understanding of consciousness and the soul’s journey, as well as the ways people seek meaning after long paths of pain and inner exploration.

Through my years in medicine and therapeutic work, writing, mothering, and the rhythms of daily life, I came to see that healing does not culminate in perfection or transcendence, but in balance and presence within living.

I am the author of Mirrors of the Mind, The Grand Scheme of Things, Life Lessons from My Thirteen Past Lives, and Enough of Healing—It Is Time to Live. These books mark the integration of many years of inner work and the closing of earlier life phases.

After a long period of seeking, healing, and learning, I am now exploring what it means to live with presence within family life, relationships, authorship, and the ordinary demands of being human. My attention has shifted from extracting meaning from suffering and healing to allowing meaning to arise naturally from living itself.

My latest books, Two Simple Circles, Seeing the Same Thing in a Different Light, and Softening the Inner Hardness are published under Lupint House, a trademark and imprint of The Consciousness Centre Pte. Ltd. Two Simple Circles describes an original experiential framework for those emerging from long periods of healing back into living. Seeing the Same Thing in a Different Light is a collection of contemplative passages offering a different angle of light on words the reader already knows.
Softening the Inner Hardness is a collection of meditative passages, each born from a single word drawn from the range of human emotions and experiences, exploring them with honesty and compassion.

My current work as an author, publisher, and Healing to Living Practitioner supports others in a similar transition to the one I once lived.

This space exists as a place of recognition, orientation, and presence, as I allow connections and new forms of expression to take shape in their own time.
