Therapy Session Information
- In-Person and/or Online Therapy available -
Booking & Payment:
- We may arrange our first session at the end of the free initial meeting if we are both agreeable to proceed.
- You will receive the reserved session timing email with session invoice and information. Kindly note that session fee is payable in advance to confirm the session.
- For rescheduling or cancellation of paid sessions, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

For Online sessions, we offer them via virtual meetings on Google Meet. During the session, please ensure the following:
Do note that Online sessions:
- You may wish to bring along a jacket, small blanket or covering (if you prefer your own) to make yourself more comfortable during the session.
- Water is provided.
For Online sessions, we offer them via virtual meetings on Google Meet. During the session, please ensure the following:
- Be in a separate room, undistracted by family members or pets
- Be able to recline or lie down in a comfortable position (on a bed, reclining chair or sofa)
- Reliable internet connection
- Laptop, tablet, or cell phone with a camera - position (with a stand if needed) so that the upper half of your body is visible
- Headset (headphone with inbuilt microphone)
- Anything else to make you comfortable (pillow, blanket, fan or air-conditioning)
Do note that Online sessions:
- Are as effective as in-person sessions
- No travelling required
- Receive sessions in the comfort of your chosen space
