1:1 Session Engagement Terms

These Engagement Terms apply to all 1:1 sessions offered by The Consciousness Centre Pte. Ltd. ("the Company", "we", "us") and should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
By booking, paying for, or participating in any session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Engagement Terms.
1. Nature of Session
A session is offered as a reflective, presence-based conversation.
A session is not therapy, counselling, or coaching, and does not provide psychological or medical diagnosis or treatment, nor replace professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other healthcare services.
No outcomes are guaranteed.
You remain fully responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, and actions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to participate in a session.
3. Booking & Payment
Payment is required within 48 hours of invoice issuance to confirm a session booking. An unpaid booking may be released.
All transaction fees charged by payment providers are the responsibility of the client.
The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking at its discretion.
4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds
Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session time, and missed sessions, are non-refundable.
No refunds are provided for completed sessions.
If the Company determines, at its discretion, that a session is not appropriate, any prepaid unused session fee may be refunded.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
5. Session Expiry
Any prepaid session must be used within 3 months from the date of payment, unless otherwise agreed. Any unused session after this period will expire and is non-refundable.
6. Confidentiality & Recording
The session is held in confidence and is not recorded.
Clients are asked not to record the session, in order to preserve privacy and the integrity of the conversation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a session shall be limited to the amount paid for that session.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
8. Governing Law
These Engagement Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page.
