These terms apply to all book-based events organised by The Consciousness Centre Pte. Ltd. ("the Company", "we", "us") and should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Nature of Events

Book-based events are small-group facilitated gatherings for contemplative conversation and shared reflection based on ideas from Lupint House books.

Events are not therapy, counselling, or support groups, and do not provide psychological or medical diagnosis or treatment, nor replace professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other healthcare services.

No outcomes are guaranteed.

You remain fully responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, and actions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to participate.

3. Registration & Payment

Payment is required upon registration to confirm your place. Unpaid registrations may be released.

All transaction fees charged by payment providers are the responsibility of the participant.

The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel a registration at its discretion.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Registration fees are non-refundable.

Your registration may be transferred to another person. Please notify us at nicole@theconsciousnesscentre.com if you wish to transfer your place.

5. Event Changes

The Company reserves the right to reschedule, make changes to, or cancel an event.

In the event of cancellation by the Company, a full refund will be provided.

In the event of rescheduling or other changes, participants will be informed as early as reasonably possible, and may choose to attend the new date or receive a full refund.

6. Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and with openness. The Company reserves the right to ask any participant to leave if their conduct disrupts the experience for others.

7. Recording

Events are not recorded. Participants are asked not to record any part of the event.

8. Photography

Photos may occasionally be taken during events for The Consciousness Centre's website or event pages. Participants who prefer not to appear in photographs are welcome to let us know before the event.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page.
