From healing toward living

Nicole Lee

Thank you for being here.

My name is Nicole Lee. I was trained as a medical doctor in Singapore and spent over a decade in clinical practice across a range of healthcare settings. Medicine shaped how I listen, how I think, and how I meet another human being’s vulnerability—with respect, care, ethical responsibility, and steadiness in the presence of suffering.

My own life experiences and healing journey inspired me to transition from conventional medicine to focus on the deeper dimensions of healing, consciousness, and personal growth. I subsequently trained in and practised clinical hypnotherapy, as well as past life and between lives regression therapy, supporting individuals in uncovering the roots of their suffering and facilitating healing and clarity across both psychological and spiritual dimensions. That period of my life deepened my understanding of consciousness and the soul’s journey, as well as the ways people seek meaning after long paths of pain and inner exploration.

Through experiencing, practicing medicine and therapeutic work, writing, mothering, and the rhythms of daily life, I came to see that healing does not culminate in perfection or transcendence, but in balance and presence—not as an achievement, but as a way of living, where meaning, pain, responsibility, and joy are no longer problems or mysteries to be solved, but realities to be met.

I am the author of Mirrors of the Mind, The Grand Scheme of Things, and Life Lessons from My Thirteen Past Lives. These books mark the integration of many years of inner work and the closing of earlier life phases.

After my long period of seeking, healing and learning, I am now exploring what it means to live with presence—within family life, relationships, authorship, and the ordinary demands of being human. My attention has shifted from extracting meaning from suffering toward allowing meaning to arise from living itself. My latest book Enough of Healing—It Is Time to Live reflects on what life is like when it is accepted as it is.

At present, this space exists as a place of orientation and presence, as I allow new forms of expression to take shape in their own time.
