General FAQs
Is the practice of hypnosis or hypnotherapy regulated?
Currently very few countries or states mandate licensing or registration of the practice of hypnosis or hypnotherapy.
We work to international standards set through voluntary regulation in the profession itself and not by any country or state licensing requirements.
If you reside in a country or state that mandates licensing or registration of the practice of hypnosis or hypnotherapy, you may wish to seek the services of a licensed or registered hypnotist or hypnotherapist in your area.
