These terms apply to all external engagements where Dr. Nicole Lee is invited to facilitate a book-based session or conversation on behalf of The Consciousness Centre Pte. Ltd. ("the Company", "we", "us") and should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Nature of Engagements

Facilitated engagements are contemplative, book-based conversations and reflections. They are not therapy, counselling, coaching, or support groups, and do not provide psychological or medical diagnosis or treatment, nor replace professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other healthcare services.

No outcomes are guaranteed.

Participants are invited to engage in discussion and reflection according to their own comfort level. Sharing personal experiences is entirely voluntary. Participants remain responsible for their own wellbeing, decisions, and actions throughout the engagement.

2. Eligibility

Attendees must be at least 21 years of age to participate.

3. Invitation & Confirmation

All invitations are considered individually for mutual fit and availability. An engagement is confirmed only upon written agreement by both parties and receipt of any agreed deposit.

The Company reserves the right to decline any invitation at its discretion.

4. Fees & Expenses

Fees, travel arrangements, venue requirements, and any associated expenses will be discussed and agreed upon before confirmation of an engagement.

Where applicable, a deposit or full payment may be required to confirm the engagement. The payment schedule will be agreed upon individually.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made in writing to nicole@theconsciousnesscentre.com as early as reasonably possible. Rescheduling is subject to mutual agreement and availability.

Where a deposit or full payment has been made, cancellations received less than 14 days before the confirmed engagement are non-refundable.

The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an engagement where necessary. In such cases, any deposit or payment received will be refunded in full, unless an alternative arrangement is mutually agreed.

6. Conduct & Environment

The hosting organisation is responsible for arranging a suitable venue and ensuring a respectful and conducive environment for the engagement.

7. Recording & Photography

Audio and video recording of the engagement by the hosting organisation or participants is not permitted.

Photography is permitted only if discussed and agreed upon with Dr. Nicole Lee before the engagement, and with the awareness of all participants. Participants who prefer not to appear in photographs should inform the hosting organisation in advance.

We may take photographs during the engagement for use on The Consciousness Centre's website or event pages. Participants who prefer not to appear in photographs taken by us are welcome to let us know before the engagement.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all original materials, frameworks, written content, and presentations remain the intellectual property of Dr. Nicole Lee, Lupint House, or The Consciousness Centre Pte. Ltd.

Participants are welcome to share ideas inspired by the discussion. Presentation materials may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page.
